You can report or block any person from their card, from a chat, or from the Safety centre in the app. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Enku. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, voice notes and messages. It is not a deactivation, and you do not need to email us to do it. You can also export your data from the same screen.
Enku will never ask you for money, and neither will someone who actually likes you. We never ask for your exact location — the app does not request location permission at all. Meet in public, and tell someone you trust where you will be.
